Service Description
The Urgent Service is for cat owners who need grooming on short notice due to matting progression, hygiene concerns, sudden coat issues, or time-sensitive situations. This option allows your cat’s appointment to be prioritized and accommodated as soon as availability allows. This is not a different grooming style or a shortened session. Your cat receives the same one-on-one care, handling, and attention as a regular appointment. The difference is scheduling priority, flexibility, and allocation of additional time to fit your cat into the calendar safely. Urgent Service can be applied to any grooming service when immediate attention is needed. Final grooming time and approach are based on your cat’s coat condition and tolerance on the day of the appointment. This service is available in our Oakville salon
Cancellation Policy
🐾 Policies & Owner Agreement – Fur Season To ensure safety, comfort, and the best experience for your pet and our team, please review the following: 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours may be charged 50% of the service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may require prepayment for future bookings. In case of emergencies, let us know as soon as possible—we may waive fees at our discretion. 🐕 Owner Responsibilities To keep your pet and everyone safe, please confirm: Vaccinations are up to date, including rabies. Any health conditions (like skin, heart, breathing issues) are disclosed. Any allergies, fears, biting, or behavioral issues are shared before the appointment. You're responsible for property damage caused by your pet. ❗If your pet has a history of aggression or fear, please let us know ahead of time so we can take proper steps. 🚫 Aggressive Behavior or Safety Risks If your cat becomes aggressive during grooming and causes injury to us or our assistant, we will stop the session immediately for everyone’s safety. The owner will be informed of what happened. No refund will be issued if a session is stopped due to aggression. If there are medical costs or damage, these may be covered from the service payment. ⚠️ Grooming Risks Grooming may uncover hidden conditions or cause minor nicks or scratches, especially with mats. Removing mats can cause irritation, redness, or hot spots. We’ll guide you on aftercare. We may need to trim the hair shorter than expected if there are tangles or mats. Our team always works with care, but services are performed at the owner’s risk. 📸 Photos & Marketing We may take photos of your pet before or after grooming to use on social media or for internal records. Let us know if you'd prefer we don’t share your pet’s photos online.
